For garages and repair shops

Take booking requests online — at your own prices

On Carvexia your garage gets its own profile with a price list, appears in the garage directory and takes booking requests directly. You confirm, propose another date or decline — and your customer is told automatically by email.

Where customers find you

  • In the garage directory

The directory at /garagen can be filtered by country and speciality. Your card shows the first lines of your price list and your hourly rate, and leads straight to the booking request.

  • On your own profile

At a fixed address — /garagen/your-garage — customers see your address, opening hours, hourly rate, contact details and every visible service with its price. Each service can be requested from there directly. You can share the address on your website, in emails or on business cards.

  • Next to car listings

Car listings show garages nearby in the same country. If your garage appears there, a click on its name leads to your profile — and from there to the booking request.

What you do with a request

  • New requests by email

When a request arrives, your garage gets an email at the address in your business profile, with the customer's contact details and a link to the dashboard. There every request shows the service, the car, the preferred date and the customer's message.

  • Accept or decline

You confirm with one click. Or you decline — if you like, with a reason that reaches the customer word for word, so they know why.

  • Propose another date

If the preferred date does not work, you propose another one. The request gets its own state for that, so you can see where you are waiting for the customer.

  • Automatic emails to the customer

Confirmation, alternative date, decline and completion go to the customer by email automatically. If your business profile has an email address, their replies land there.

  • Message the customer

From the history of each request you send the customer a message that goes out by email. Internal notes for the team sit in the same history, clearly separated and visible only to your business.

  • Pause when you are fully booked

During holidays or when you are fully booked, you switch off “Taking appointments”. Your garage stays findable, but new booking requests are not possible.

Your services, your prices

Carvexia does not set your prices. You add your own services and decide how to price them.

Fixed price

For work with a clear scope, such as a minor service. The customer sees exactly the amount you enter.

Starting price

When the effort depends on the car. It shows as “from …”.

Hourly rate

For work charged by time, shown as an amount per hour.

On request

When no price can be given without seeing the car, for example for body damage.

  • Add new services and change prices at any time — they apply immediately on your profile and in the booking request.

  • Optionally with a description and an approximate duration. You decide the order.

  • Not offering something for a while? Hide it instead of deleting it — the price stays saved for later.

  • The customer picks the service in the booking request; the dashboard shows you what they asked for.

How it works

  1. 1

    Set up your garage

Open an account, choose “Workshop” in the dashboard and enter your name, address and contact details.

  2. 2

    Fill in profile and prices

Add opening hours, hourly rate, email address and specialities in the business profile, and your services under “Services & prices”.

  3. 3

    Answer requests

New requests arrive by email and appear in the dashboard under “Appointments”. You confirm, propose another date or decline.

  4. 4

    Run the job

With the “Workshop operations” module the request becomes a job with line items, VAT and a print view.

From appointment to job

With the “Workshop operations” module you run the work itself on Carvexia.

  • A booking request becomes a job at the push of a button. The customer is created or matched by email address.

  • Line items with prices you set for labour, parts and other items, VAT per job and a print view for the handover.

  • Customer records and vehicle files with registration and VIN, including walk-in customers without an account.

  • Follow-ups: next inspection, next service and unpaid invoices at a glance.

What it costs

Two modules are made for garages. Both can be cancelled monthly and require a Dealer plan; all prices and terms are on the pricing page.

Frequently asked questions

What does Carvexia cost for a garage?
The “Workshop” module costs CHF 39 or 39 € a month, the “Workshop operations” module for jobs, customers and vehicle files CHF 89 or 89 € a month. Both can be cancelled monthly and require a Dealer plan. There is no commission on jobs that come through Carvexia: payment is between you and your customer.
How do I hear about new booking requests?
Every request appears in the dashboard under “Appointments”, together with the number of unanswered requests and the longest waiting time. An email also goes to the address in your business profile — without one, the dashboard is the only place.
Can I set and change my own prices?
Yes. You add every service yourself and choose the price type: fixed price, starting price, hourly rate or “on request”. Changes apply immediately on your profile and in the booking request, and you can add new services at any time.
Is a booking request already a firm appointment?
No. The customer sends a non-binding request with a preferred date. The appointment only becomes firm when you confirm it. If you propose another date, the customer gets it by email; if your business profile has an email address, their reply lands there.
What does the customer see if I decline?
They get an email with your decision and, if you give one, your reason word for word. The reason is optional, but it helps the customer ask elsewhere for the right thing.
Can I stop taking requests for a while?
Yes. In your business profile you switch off “Taking appointments”. Your profile and prices stay visible, but new booking requests are not possible until you switch it back on.
Do I need my own website?
No. Your profile on Carvexia has a fixed address that you can share. If you have a website, the profile links to it.
