  • Buyers in 29 markets

    The parts catalogue is part of the same marketplace people use to look for cars. Prices appear in the currency the visitor has chosen; where it differs from yours, your original price is shown beside it.

  • Beside the car the part fits

    Every listing page shows parts whose make matches the car. Mark universal parts with «Alle» (all) and they fit every make.

  • Fitment buyers can check

    For each article you record the makes, models, years and OE numbers it fits. Buyers filter by make and model and find parts by OE number in the search.

  • Paid online

    Buyers pay through Stripe Checkout. The dashboard shows for every order whether the payment has arrived, and stock is booked out automatically when it does.

How it works

    Create your business

    Choose «Parts trade» in the dashboard and enter name, country and town. Add a description, logo and contact details in the business profile — that becomes your public merchant profile.

    Add your catalogue

    Add articles one by one or read in the spreadsheet from your inventory system: map the columns once, and every row is checked before it is imported. The article number lets you update existing articles later with the same file.

    Handle the orders

    An order arrives in the dashboard with its payment status, and you receive an email at the address in your profile. You confirm, ship or cancel — and the buyer is emailed at every step.

Frequently asked questions

Who can sell parts on Carvexia?
Businesses that sell car parts, spares or accessories — new, remanufactured or used. You create a parts business in the dashboard and add your catalogue there. The buyer's contract of sale is with your business; Carvexia runs the marketplace and is not a party to it.
What does the parts trade cost?
The parts trade is an add-on module at CHF 59 or EUR 59 per month, cancellable monthly. Modules require a Dealer plan. All plans and modules are on the pricing page.
How do my parts get onto the right cars?
Through the makes you record on the article under «Fits makes». Every listing page shows a selection of parts whose make matches the car, cheapest first; articles marked «Alle» count as universal parts. Models, years and OE numbers are shown on the article page and help the buyer check the fit.
Can I bring my existing catalogue across?
Yes, as a CSV file from your inventory system or Excel. Semicolons, commas and tabs are recognised, you map the columns once, and every row is checked before it is imported — rows with errors are shown with the reason and skipped. With the article number, existing articles can later be updated from the same file, for instance to reconcile stock.
How do buyers pay, and what happens to my stock?
Buyers pay online through Stripe Checkout. The dashboard shows the payment status of every order, and as soon as the payment has arrived the ordered articles are booked out of stock automatically. An order whose payment failed cannot be marked as shipped; while a payment is still open, the dashboard asks for explicit confirmation before shipping.
Who is told about an order?
The buyer receives an order confirmation by email, and your business a notice at the address in your profile. When you confirm, ship or cancel the order, the buyer gets an email each time; if they reply, the reply goes to that address.
Does my business get a public profile?
Yes. The merchant profile shows your business with logo, description, location and contact details, together with your catalogue, broken down by category and make. Every article page names your business as the seller and links to the profile.
