Press release

Carvexia brings garage, parts trade and daily operations onto one platform

Carvexia is offering businesses three add-on modules: one for the garage, one for the parts trade and one for day-to-day counter operations. They sit on the same platform as the listings, so a car, a customer and a job need not be entered three times in three programs.

The starting point was a piece of feedback that kept coming back: a small business keeps its stock in the marketplace, its customers in a spreadsheet and its jobs on paper. That works until somebody falls ill. As soon as a question spans two of those three places — which car did this customer have, what was done last, what is still open — the answer costs a quarter of an hour.

The garage module keeps customer records, vehicle files with history, appointments and jobs including labour lines and time tracking. The parts module carries the catalogue, stock levels and orders. The operations module adds quotes, follow-ups, open items and dunning — the things most often lost in a small business because they are nobody's job in particular.

The modules are bookable individually and cancellable monthly; none requires another. A garage with no parts trade does not pay for a catalogue it does not keep. Prices are published openly on the subscription page, in francs and in euros.

Carvexia is operated by Ruznic Marketing, a digital marketing agency in Hinwil, canton of Zurich. The platform is available at carvexia.com in German and English.

About Carvexia

Carvexia is a vehicle marketplace for the European market. Buyers search stock across several countries in one go, with prices that stay comparable across currencies. Every listing carries matching spare parts and nearby garages. Sellers pay no fee per listing: private sellers list their first car free, and businesses pay a flat rate they can cancel monthly.
